	About The Site www.Tournamentangler.com is a subsidiary the Bass Anglers Guide Magazine. Being an avid tournament bass angler I had a vision to bring an unbiased, complete tournament schedule to western bass anglers. I started with a calendar (Gone Fishing Calendar) format that simply listed the different events. In 1999 with a suggestion from Mark Tyler I added section where a small articles or tips could be presented by pro anglers to help anglers catch a few more fish. Moving forward in 2004 working with graphic artist Clif Gallagher we converted the calendar into a magazine and re named it the Bass Anglers Guide as it is today. The magazine allowed us to bring you more and better content. Over the last few years we have had some growing pains and a big learning curve with being new to the magazine industry. In 2007 inside the Bass Anglers Guide we added a calendar similar to the old format inside the magazine and I think we got right now. 2007 /2008 we are launching www.tournamentangler.com with the same premise we had in 1992 to bring unbiased complete tournament information to you the bass angler.
